At A URA CONNECT BRAND, we operate in Spain and Portugal, collaborating with strategic suppliers located throughout the region. We currently do not ship to the following cities:

  • SPAIN : We do not offer coverage in: CEUTA, MELILLA AND THE CANARY ISLANDS.
  • PORTUGAL : We do not offer coverage in the AZORES and MADEIRA ISLANDS.

We're always looking to expand our shipping areas to reach more people. We're actively working to expand our presence to more countries, with the goal of offering our products to an ever-wider global audience. This expansion allows us to diversify our markets and reduce our dependence on any single economy, which contributes to the stability and sustainability of our business.

We operate using the dropshipping model, which means we don't store the products; we ship them directly from our suppliers to your door.

2. We notify the supplier.

3. The supplier ships your order directly to your address.

Do the products have a warranty?

Products do not come with a warranty, so we can offer the most competitive price on the market. For more information, see the warranty policy on each product page.

To claim incomplete products, you must provide photographs showing the order packaging, the product(s) received, and a photo showing the complete label. Otherwise, we will not offer replacements or additional shipping. Resemblance of the actual product to the indicative photos will not be eligible for claims.
